This has been bugging me since I saw the new Joyner show now replete with live audience. When I heard the accounts of Joyner mission trainees I was thinking all they basically do is DO WORK JOYNER DELEGATE PERSONNEL would do.
The same with IHOP, it just looks like cheap labour and exploitation to me.
The above seems like Ministry Servicing rather than a just training that reaches beyond the narrow confines of the Joyner God TV IHOP Franchise.
